The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. We facilitate prepayment of the full amount from our guests before arrival, at the time of booking the accommodation.

Yes, no problem. Reception opens at 8:00 am. The room won't be ready until 2:00 pm. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier and use the facilities at the hostel until your room is ready.

Yes, of course! We can arrange a late check-in for you. For check-ins between 21:00 and 00:00, there is an additional fee of €10, and for check-ins between 00:00 and 02:00, the fee is €20. This charge helps us cover the cost of having someone return to the reception to assist with your check-in. Make sure to get in touch with our team to confirm your arrival time or any unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, you need to check out by 11:00 AM. While we don't have a locked space for your belongings inside the hostel, we do offer a designated safe area on the terrace where you can leave your bags after check-out. This way, you can explore the area without carrying your luggage. Additionally, you're welcome to use our facilities until 6:00 PM. Please feel free to ask at reception for more details.
